This show was in our town which was quite nice as we got to sleep in! It was only maybe 5 minutes to the show grounds.
I wasn't thrilled with the judging. There were two judges and their placings were often completely different, which
always makes me wonder what they're using as criteria. It's shows like this one that make me wish we had more dressage
shows in town.
We placed a couple times. I wasn't wearing spurs with Dazzle yet and she WOULD NOT go a few times. She just
decides she's done and parks it. At least she's 2 and not 12 and everyone thinks it's quite and not something to criticize.
It will be interesting to go to this show again next year and see how much we've improved.
